Nestlé’s innovative products garner multiple wins in the Best New Product of the Year Awards.
The Best New Product Awards recognize achievements for product innovation in food, personal care, and household care categories. Conducted annually by BrandSpark, 12,000 Canadian consumer votes were captured in this year’s survey.
With their ongoing and pointed dedication to product innovation, it’s no surprise that Bridgemark client, Nestlé is a big winner at the 2022 awards.
Winning Best New Flavored Coffee Creamer, Coffee Mate confectionery line combines elevated flavors with the delectably smooth richness that coffee lovers expect from the brand. Celebrating fantastically indulgent flavor, our designs lean into familiar visual assets from well-loved Nestlé confectionary offerings – After Eight, Coffee Crisp, and Turtles. The Bridgemark team created each stirring layout to boldly introduce these innovative and delicious brand collabs to Canadian shoppers.
Earning a nod for Best New Ice Cream, Nestlé’s Toblerone Ice Cream combines the trifecta of chocolate, honey, and nougat of this beloved Swiss favorite with smooth, rich chocolate ice cream. Our creative team scooped up this delightful design that retains the visual equities and prominence of the Toblerone brand. From the color palette to the familiar wordmark, this offering is unmistakably Toblerone and unmistakably delicious.
Recognized as Best New Instant Coffee, Nescafé Rich Intense Instant Coffee promises rich coffee flavor brimming with an irresistibly bold aroma and strong taste. The success of this design is largely attributed to the simplicity of communication, streamlined palette, and strong type selection. At shelf, the simple boldness of the label helps to differentiate it from competitors as well as other Nescafé offerings – in an instant.
Another buzzworthy win for Nescafé includes Nescafé Gold Espresso Coffee Capsules as Best New K-Cup Coffee. Touting quality, taste, and convenience, this product delivers the perfect cup of espresso for at-home coffee connoisseurs. To capture the allure of this offering, our creative team crafted a package design worthy of the gold moniker. It creates an impression that is all at once indulgently rich, irresistible, and impossible to ignore.
Last, but certainly not least in this impressive list of winners is Häagen-Dazs Divine Light Ice Cream. Answering the prayers of health-conscious ice cream lovers everywhere, this product was noted as Best New Better For You Ice Cream. Without sacrificing taste, this collection is made from 100% Canadian dairy with less fat and sugar than regular Häagen-Dazs flavors. Playing into these heavenly offerings, our design features a palette of clean, fresh white with premium silver and gold accents. Reduced fat and calorie claims take prominence on the face panel along with the Divine sub-brand and elegantly presented ingredient cues. The overall effect is light, ethereal and signals a deliciously divine departure from the full fat varietals.
